Summer Day Camp is a chance to give your child the opportunity of a lifetime! Mohican School in the Out-of-Doors is offerning an inexpensive, high quality program of environmental education and Activities with qualified staff. Children will learn to further appreciate the great outdoors and the exciting history of Richland County. We will offer six weeks of Summer Day Camp and students may attend one day, one week or all six weeks!!
 

    Eligibility - Students who will be entering grades 1st through 8th grade in the 2008-2009 school year.
    Cost: -  $20 per day or $90 per week for the 8:30am - 3:00 pm scheduled day ~~ Multiple camper discounts available.
    Where - Hemlock Falls Field Trip Center, 5391 Bunker Hill North Road, Butler, Ohio.

Monday: Classes; Tuesday: Parent/Child day; Wednesday: Field Trips; Thursday: Cook Out!  Friday: Swimming/water games

• June 23-27: Survivor Week: Scientific Inquiry
Shelter building, fire building, archery, outdoor cooking, compass challenge
• June 30-July 4: Up, Up and Away Week: Science and Technology
Kite, glider and rocket building, bird houses, hawk and owl programs
• July 7-11: Safari Week: Earth and Space Sciences
Wildlife tracking and traping, Shelter building, Malabar Farm, Critter care
• July 14-18: Wet & Wild Week II: Life Sciences
