All students attending the Mohican program are required to have a signed registration form and health form in order to participate in the program.  All medications must have an accompanying form.  If your child is diabetic, please complete this form.

Our store price list provides approximate prices of items available for purchase by students during their session.  Note that not all store items will be available every session.
