We hope you'll join us for a Leopold Education Project workshop on April 13-14, 5:30 pm Friday- 3:30 pm Saturday. This action-packed workshop will include Dutch Oven cooking, an evening Woodcock Hike, and learning to use a two-person saw to make tree cookies. The grades 6-12 curriculum is based on the essays found in Aldo Leopold's conservation classic, A Sand County Almanac, a book that contains month by month descriptions of his relationship with the natural world. Educators will find a variety of hands-on/minds-on ways of deepening their student's awareness of the outdoors. The cost of this overnight experience is $80; a Saturday-only option is available, but you won't want to miss all of the fun-filled Friday evening activities! As always, pre-registration is required at
