At Mohican, we support and partner with all types of school structures including homeschooling. That is why the Mohican Outdoor School and Environmental Learning Center is offering three days of instruction designed specifically for homeschooled children.  The Homeschool Opportunity for Outdoor Training (HOOT) will be held on April 7, 8, and 9, 2010.  Students of all ages are welcome and parents are encouraged to participate.

The cost per child will be $15.00 per day which includes a box lunch.  The program will operate from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  The Cost per parent is $5.00 per day to cover lunch costs.  Families may opt to stay overnight in our “Green Feature” dormitories for $15.00 per night per family (limit 3 family members without additional charge).  Come and experience learning with us in the great outdoors!  We promise that it will be a real HOOT!
