Giving Opportunities

There are many ways in which you can support Mohican School in the Out-of-Doors, Inc. Cash donations are accepted at any time.  Your cash donation is 100% tax deductible and the use of the funds can be specified for a variety of purposes such as animal care, pond fund, student support, summer camp scholarships, building fund or general support. Perhaps you are not able to give cash but have items around your home that could be used at Mohican.  Check our wish list to see if we just might need that item! There are also many different ways to volunteer your time throughout the year.  Please contact us at 419-938-6671

Additionally, there is an annual appeal each year which provides the opportunity to give cash donations. The primary source of funding for the school comes from student tuition, while grants and donations provide other much needed funding. The Environmental Learning Center was funded with grants and loans from various foundations and the USDA. The funds raised from the annual appeal help to support our operating budget and keep tuition costs as low as possible.
